1. Complete the wedding invitation design template

2. Send us up to 20 pictures from childhood through dating and your engagement

3. If you choose the audio love story option, call or e-mail us to set up a studio recording session (in person or via phone). For the video option, record a 2-3 minute story, followed by an invitation to attend your wedding, using our sample invitation scripts. You may send up to 5 minutes of video on a DV mini cassette or a VCR analog tape. If not pre-edited please identify the relevant scenes to be included in the video. Please number the back of the photos in the order you would like them to be produced.

Because of the labor intensive nature of customization within the production we do offer reasonable rates for the following services. All orders require a 50% deposit and signed agreement to begin production. The remainder of the balance is due along with a signed proof prior to replication of the DVD’s.

1. RSVP postcards with 2 sided printing, your picture, and RSVP date:
    $1.00 each

2. Additional images/photos to be scanned and added to any production:
    $5.95 each

3. Below 50 minimum orders from 10-49 invitations or thank you notes:
    Add $3.00 per copy

4. Hyperlinks added within the production:
    $25 one-time charge for each hyperlink added

5. Additional menu or chapters added within production:
    $50 per chapter plus image or video charges

6. Studio rates apply to source recording of audio or video within our studio:
    $50 per hour

7. Audio/video content mixed, mastered, and produced from source DV or video:
    $65 per finished minute

8. Theme development or concept building: bring us any theme to embellish:
    $50 per hour studio rate

9. Delivery Charges: typically UPS Ground
    Current UPS rate based on zip code and weight/size of box

10. Delivery Service: we mail your invitations or thank you notes to your guests:
    $2.00 each + postage

11. Additional production fees apply to changes/additions made after content is submitted:
    $50 per hour

Your guests should receive their invitation approximately six weeks prior to the celebration, or their thank you note within one month following the event. With this in mind please leave time to gather and mail content including pictures and video if applicable. Ideally, we need content 10-12 weeks prior to the event. Earlier is always better, because it gives us more time to invest in the production of your invitation or thank you note. For photo montages we can typically work within a one month window of the event.

We will honor last minute orders, depending on our current workload. Please contact our office at 800-894-7033 to inquire about orders that are less than 10 weeks before the event.
